We have used Julie to purchase a condo in a fantastic location which we never would have known about if it hadn't been for her knowledge of the area. We used her to sell a previous condo and she dealt with the condo association who was giving the buyers some issues due to a misunderstanding but she resolved it. She was also helpful at negotiating a good price and work that needed to be done on a house we purchased. She is a hard worker and is attentive to the details and follows up. My real estate journey began 27 years ago in Kissimmee, FL, where I started in property management. Under the guidance of my father, I managed a portfolio of 75 properties. Building on my property management background, I launched my own property maintenance company, helping my clients save on expensive vendor costs. This experience not only deepened my expertise but also strengthened my relationship with investors, many of whom I still work with today.
In 2000, I made the transition into new home sales, joining New Home Center.
